I have to say I enjoyed this novel.
has everything to become a best seller. Good characters, a fantastic story and the best music of all time. Yep, the truth is that since childhood I am a fan of all four of Liverpool (having a mother and a father who love the Beatles no surprise) and see how Penny's story is intertwined with the songs I like from a little girl I was fascinated.
The characters were fantastic, Penny is undoubtedly one of my favorites but I have to accept that Diane was my favorite, because it stopped being perfect and popular girl that everyone was waiting to become your true self without caring what people are saying. I love strong characters and this girl is one of the strongest I've read.

What I liked the book, was that unlike many writers who seek to swell their novels at the risk of boring them, Eulberg went straight to the point. We just sang the things important to the story and the rest or let him a party or just telling us what happened last.
I really was refreshing to his writing.


This novel teaches the true meaning of friendship, how it can revive a friendship and strengthen existing ones. But there is also a beautiful story of romance behind it all, which makes it more interesting to see that Penny did not want to feel a dependence on it and not need a boyfriend to be happy.
